actually i would say tengu is one the best missionrunning ships atm
it can output about 700 dps with HMs, have targeting range of 120km and missile range of 100+, tanks about 500-600 omni by eft and it is cruiser sized hull with all the benefints - like fast targeting, low sig radius and high agility (). And it's fast at 600+ m/s on ab. Sig and speed actually mean that any BS sized weapons hit you for just a fraction of damage, so the real tank is much higher. It uses cruiser sized weapons, so hits anything equally well.
As an added benifit you have sensor strength of 30+ which means you are harder to scan on a mission (combined with 150 sig radius) and to jam (yeah, i know NPC jamming is supposed to be chance based, but i'm jammed much less in tengu then in nighthawk).
It's just pure awesome. And it looks just so much better then any raven hull too.
Well, the ship price is a problem atm. The fitting is about the same in price as a pimped CNR, sans gist x-l booster.
p.s. and you can fit it with heavy assaults which brings dps up to amost 1k kinetic at all LVs, but brings range down to about 25 km. Which is quite ok, considering 600+ m/s speed.
The training time for this beast is so much lower than for any marauder or command ship too.

*note: A relatively "cheap" fit considering the price of the ship. Could fit a Rigor (or 2 if you use a faction em hardener) in place of CCC's for a non stable setup. Could also lose a hardener for a painter, etc... etc...
